About the role

The Proposition Director Delivery is responsible for the full lifecycle of software-driven market propositions, from planning and building to running and continuous improvement. This hands-on leadership role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations, ensuring high-quality, scalable delivery. The director manages the P&L of the software proposition and acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, build, run, and continuous improvement of services.
• Establish structure through clear roadmaps, milestones, and transparent communication.
• Standardize processes and document best practices to ensure scalability and audit-readiness.
• Maintain service descriptions, contracts, and pricing to support sales and customer teams.
• Manage the P&L of the proposition to maximize return on investment.
• Integrate innovation, new trends, and techniques into service delivery.
