About the role
The Software Engineer will join the Global Talent Assessment Tooling Team to maintain and develop platforms that support global recruitment. This role involves ensuring the scalability and reliability of in-house systems while contributing to the full software development lifecycle. You will work closely with global recruitment teams to create user-friendly tools that facilitate talent assessments and training activities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain the assessment tooling platform and features supporting recruitment
- Collaborate with global recruitment teams to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and usability
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards
- Utilize frontend technologies to enhance user interfaces and experiences
