Speechify is seeking a Senior Android Engineer to lead the development of its core Android application. This role involves strategic product decision-making, feature ownership, and maintaining high-quality user experiences for a widely used text-to-speech platform. Responsibilities

• Owning major features and working closely with the design team to deliver high-quality results
• Shaping the future of the Android team
• Owning, maintaining, and improving reliability metrics for key features
• Participating in cross-functional discussions across Product, Design, and Engineering
• Reviewing pull requests and supporting other teammates
• Handling critical issues and coping with unexpected challenges
• Taking ownership of feature releases and providing nightly builds for the QA team
