About the role
CodePath is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to support our engineering team by keeping projects organized, tested, and moving efficiently. You will act as the primary connection between engineers, product teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration. This role involves managing the bug pipeline, overseeing quality assurance, and implementing thoughtful processes to scale our educational platform.
Responsibilities
- Keep engineering projects organized and moving by tracking progress and identifying blockers
- Own quality assurance by testing builds and automating repetitive tasks
- Manage the bug pipeline by reproducing issues, prioritizing fixes, and confirming resolutions
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison between engineers, product teams, and internal tool users
- Report on project status to the team and leadership
- Determine when to implement new processes or rituals to improve team efficiency
