Senior Go Backend Developer

About the role

adjoe is a leader in rewarded advertising, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users. The Demand Core team is seeking a developer to build and operate the high-scale infrastructure that powers 200 million daily ad interactions. You will work on sub-millisecond decision engines and event-driven microservices to ensure reliable performance at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a Go microservice architecture to handle millions of daily interactions.
• Design asynchronous microservice communication using event buses like Kafka, SQS/SNS, and Kinesis.
• Optimize database queries across DynamoDB, MySQL, Druid, and Athena to reduce API response times.
• Partner with the Data Science team to integrate machine learning algorithms into core applications.
• Participate in peer code reviews and technical knowledge sharing within an international team.
