Regional HR Manager

About the role

The Regional HR Manager will serve as the strategic People partner for UK Operations, helping to build high-performing teams and strengthen leadership capability. This role involves establishing scalable People practices that align with UK employment legislation while supporting a fast-growing business. You will work across multiple levels of the organization to solve complex business challenges and ensure the People function effectively supports operational growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with UK Operations leaders to build the organization, leadership capability, and People practices needed to support a growing business.
• Partner closely with the existing UK People team to combine local expertise with Hims' Operations People model.
• Coach leaders through performance, employee relations, organizational change, and day-to-day leadership challenges.
• Identify operational and people risks early to help leaders make timely decisions.
• Establish practical, scalable People practices that align with UK employment legislation.
• Use workforce data and operational insight to influence decisions around staffing, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Build strong partnerships across Operations, UK People, Legal, and global Centers of Excellence.
• Represent UK Operations within the broader People organization to influence programs and policies.
