IT Tooling & Process Associate / Atlassian Specialist

About the role

The IT Tooling & Process Associate will bridge the gap between organizational strategy and technical infrastructure by developing, improving, and maintaining internal tools and processes. The role involves managing the collaboration stack, ensuring digital processes are efficient and compliant, and supporting the company's AI strategy rollout. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on maintaining and extending existing processes as well as implementing new processes
• Translate business requirements into a technical plan or road map, implement it, and contribute to change management
• Administer Atlassian products including Confluence and Jira, managing bug fixes and workflow clean-up
• Maintain no- or low-code automations in the tools stack
• Support the Knowledge Base cleanup strategy and maintain the Company Information Hub
• Assist in the rollout of the AI Strategy and manage logistics for AI resources and usage policies
