Senior Microsoft AI & Copilot Engineer

About the role

The thinkGROUP is a successful system house group focused on innovation and optimizing internal processes. We are looking for a Senior Microsoft AI & Copilot Engineer to join our Cloud Computing & AI department to design, develop, and implement intelligent AI solutions for our clients. This role involves technical leadership in AI projects, from requirements analysis to productive operation, with a focus on scalability, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung intelligenter KI-Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI und souveränen KI-Technologien
• Entwicklung von Automatisierungs- und Assistenzlösungen mit Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate und Microsoft Graph
• Design, Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von AI Agents, Wissensplattformen und intelligenten Automatisierungslösungen
• Konzeption, Implementierung und Überwachung von KI-Governance-Richtlinien
• Entwicklung souveräner KI-Lösungen unter Einsatz moderner Automatisierungsplattformen und Orchestrierungstools wie n8n
• Integration von Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph und Microsoft AI Services in bestehende Geschäftsprozesse
• Technische Begleitung von KI-Projekten von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum produktiven Betrieb
• Architekturverantwortung für KI-Lösungen mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit, Compliance und nachhaltige Betriebsmodelle
