Senior Financial Controller

About the role

The Senior Financial Controller will play a key role in the finance organization, actively shaping the financial management of a growing company. The position involves managing forecasts, budget planning, and cash-flow analyses while developing reporting structures and supporting strategic decision-making through sound financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
• Erstellung von Forecasts, Budgets und Szenarioanalysen
• Finance Business Partner für Accounting und weitere interne Stakeholder
• Erstellung und Überwachung von Cash-Flow-Planungen
• Analyse von Plan-Ist-Abweichungen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
• Weiterentwicklung von Reportings, Kalkulationen und Finanzkennzahlen
• Optimierung von Controlling-Prozessen sowie Unterstützung beim Ausbau unserer BI-Landschaft
• Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und Weiterentwicklung relevanter Finance-Systeme und Schnittstellen
