Solution Engineer

About the role

As a Solution Engineer, you will translate complex customer requirements into viable technical solutions. You will connect consulting, technology, and implementation while supporting customers through the conception, implementation, and further development of CRM, marketing automation, data, and AI solutions. You will take technical responsibility for projects, working closely with customers, consultants, and development teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and customer requirements to develop system concepts and solution designs.
• Design workflows, customer journeys, data flows, and interfaces, creating actionable briefings for development.
• Configure and implement cloud and enterprise solutions, including reports, data models, and business logic.
• Create proof-of-concepts and minimum viable products while supporting data and system migrations.
• Act as the primary technical contact for implementation projects, ensuring budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal development teams and external partners, ensuring testing, documentation, and training.
• Support the sales process through RFIs, RFPs, and sales demos while evaluating new technologies.

Qualifications
