About the role

The Senior Legal Counsel for Capital Markets and Corporate Development provides strategic, commercially focused legal support across financing, capital raising, and corporate development activities. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role serves as a trusted adviser to executive leadership on complex legal and transactional matters to help execute the company's growth strategy. The position involves working closely with finance and corporate development teams to manage debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
