About the role

GermanDream is seeking a Communications Manager to lead content and campaign development for their antisemitism-critical education project, DECODED. The role involves translating complex social and political topics into accessible, sensitive, and target-group-oriented content across social media, newsletters, and websites. You will coordinate editorial planning, produce multimedia content, and support the project's visibility and impact.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content for social media, websites, and newsletters
• Develop and implement communication formats and campaigns for the project
• Produce multimedia content including text, graphics, and short-form videos
• Manage project-related social media channels and community engagement
• Coordinate and document workshops, interviews, and events through photo and video production
• Maintain editorial plans and collaborate with the project team to ensure consistent brand messaging
