Product Manager, Finance Engineering

About the role

The Product Manager for Finance Engineering will define the strategy and vision for systems that track company-wide money movement and translate transactions into accounting entries. This role involves building scalable, audit-ready automation for high-volume financial activity and applying AI to reconciliation and incident detection. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product definition, strategy, and long-term vision for accounting automation.
• Build systems that track billion-dollar-level money movements and convert them into accurate accounting entries.
• Reinvent and accelerate the accounting close process to reduce manual effort.
• Champion AI-driven approaches to transform close reconciliation, financial investigations, and incident detection.
• Partner with FinEng, Accounting, and Finance leaders to translate complex requirements into scalable products.
• Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to key stakeholders and leadership.
