About the role

As a working student in Operations, you will support the daily operational business of a MedTech start-up. You will assist with logistics, quality management, administration, and strategic projects, gaining insight into the inner workings of a company developing AI-supported ultrasound software. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate national and international shipping and logistics
• Support quality management processes for medical devices
• Assist with administrative tasks including contracts and communication with authorities
• Manage tools and external partner relationships
• Plan and organize events, trade fairs, and conferences
• Contribute to funding projects and financial controlling
• Conduct research and analysis to support management decision-making
