About the role
The Marketing Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day systems, processes, and workflows that support the marketing engine. This hands-on role involves configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting the marketing tech stack while identifying and operationalizing AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver comfortable with ambiguity who can ensure data reliability and process friction-free execution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day administrator for core marketing platforms including Pardot, Webflow, GA4, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and DataGroomr.
- Implement and maintain Pardot automation rules, lead scoring, and grading frameworks.
- Manage ZoomInfo integration with Pardot and Salesforce to ensure accurate data flow.
- Configure and maintain GA4 data streams, event tracking, and attribution reporting.
- Enforce lead tracking standards and resolve data quality issues across digital channels.
- Own data privacy compliance operations including GDPR/CCPA requests.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered workflows to improve marketing operations.
- Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and license governance across the marketing tech portfolio.
