Senior Security Engineer

About the role

Resilience Care is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to integrate security into product development and engineering workflows. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to analyze risks, negotiate security trade-offs, and ensure the protection of patient data in a highly regulated environment. This role focuses on building effective, practical security measures rather than theoretical frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to analyze security risks early in the development lifecycle.
• Negotiate security requirements and trade-offs without hindering delivery timelines.
• Manage the remediation of vulnerabilities and pentest findings based on real-world risk.
• Develop and implement security-by-design techniques and processes.
• Detect, qualify, and respond to security incidents while deriving long-term improvements.
• Execute security and compliance programs within a strictly regulated environment.
