About the role

Testlio is seeking freelance software testers based in Germany to perform functional testing on streaming applications using specific Smart TVs. This role involves executing test cases, reporting bugs, and providing feedback on app performance. The position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work on global-scale mobile and TV applications.

Responsibilities

• Install app builds on TV devices following provided instructions
• Execute test cases covering navigation, playback, login, subtitles, audio, and content discovery
• Report bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and recordings
• Provide feedback on issues found during each test run

Required skills

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be physically located in Germany during October and November
