About the role

Nelly is seeking an ambitious Working Student to support their Legal team in managing data privacy processes. The role involves handling data subject requests, collaborating with legal counsel, and improving scaling processes through automation and AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the data subject request process end-to-end, from monitoring incoming requests to tracking deadlines and sending replies using standard templates
• Work directly with experienced Data Privacy lawyers and teams across the company, customers, and partners to resolve complex cases
• Shape how the data privacy process scales as the company grows by identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements
• Implement AI and API integrations to optimize response times
