About the role
The Senior Director, Enterprise Business Development – EMEA will lead the strategy and execution model for CoreWeave’s Enterprise business across the region. This leadership role involves defining enterprise strategy, customer propositions, and sales plays to enable field teams to win and grow strategic enterprise customers. You will also build and lead a team of Enterprise Business Development Managers aligned to priority vertical industries.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute EMEA Enterprise business development strategy in partnership with regional sales leadership.
- Establish the Enterprise point of view, including architecture, market segmentation, and competitive positioning.
- Develop Enterprise sales plays, executive narratives, and field assets in partnership with Marketing.
- Build a repeatable Enterprise adoption methodology to guide customers from evaluation to production deployment.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate customer insights into roadmap recommendations.
- Build, lead, and develop a team of Enterprise Business Development Managers aligned to priority industry segments.
- Maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers, technology partners, and ecosystem leaders.
