About the role
The Senior Director, Enterprise Business Development – EMEA will lead the strategy and execution model for CoreWeave’s Enterprise business across the region. This leadership role involves defining the Enterprise strategy, customer propositions, and sales plays to enable field teams to win and grow strategic Enterprise customers. You will also build and lead a team of Enterprise Business Development Managers aligned to priority vertical industries.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute CoreWeave’s EMEA Enterprise business development strategy in partnership with regional and country sales leadership.
- Establish CoreWeave’s Enterprise point of view, including Enterprise architecture, market segmentation, and competitive positioning.
- Develop Enterprise sales plays, including target customer profiles, business triggers, and executive value propositions.
- Build a repeatable Enterprise adoption methodology that helps customers progress from initial evaluation through production deployment.
- Partner with Product leadership to ensure Enterprise strategy reflects product capabilities and roadmap direction.
- Build, lead and develop a team of Enterprise Business Development Managers aligned to priority industry segments.
- Establish a rigorous operating cadence and scorecard covering market penetration, adoption, and revenue performance.
