Quality Engineer

About the role

Odaseva is seeking a Quality Engineer to join an Agile Product squad and contribute to a structured QA community. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, developing automated test scripts, and collaborating with developers and product managers to ensure high quality standards. This role involves integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and advocating for QA best practices within the team.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive and efficient test cases based on product requirements and user stories.
• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality and functionality.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for efficiency and scalability.
• Lead collaboration between Product Managers and Developers to define and prioritize quality requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects in Jira while working with the engineering team to resolve them.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to streamline the release process.
• Act as an internal advocate for QA best practices and participate in all Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications
