Senior Product Designer, Design Systems

About the role

As the first Senior Product Designer for Design Systems, you will define and lead the roadmap for our design system from the ground up. You will audit existing systems, scale them across our products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a privacy-focused internet experience. This role offers end-to-end ownership, allowing you to shape processes and drive high-impact design solutions for millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Audit the existing design system and lead projects to move it forward across platforms and products.
• Define and scale the design system roadmap, including creating frameworks like tokens and libraries.
• Bridge design and engineering practices by creating shared nomenclature and workflows.
• Communicate design recommendations, prioritization, and success metrics to stakeholders, designers, and engineers.
• Apply AI-driven solutions to design system management and maintenance workflows.
• Create high-quality mockups, prototypes, and documentation to support visual and interaction recommendations.
