About the role

As a Delivery Enabler at MaibornWolff, you will guide interdisciplinary teams through the AI transformation in software development. You will be responsible for fostering effective team structures, managing stakeholder interests, and ensuring efficient delivery processes. You will also play a key role in evolving the Delivery Enablement function within the company.

Responsibilities

• Empower development teams by removing obstacles and fostering constructive working methods.
• Manage stakeholder interests to ensure clear and efficient communication and decision-making flows.
• Secure delivery by using metrics to demonstrate value and addressing risks early.
• Integrate AI agents into team processes and support teams through AI-driven change.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Enabler guild to share knowledge and evolve the role.
