About the role
The Technical Project Manager will lead data programs within the Applied AI team to improve automatic speech recognition for low-resource and long-tail languages. This role involves end-to-end program delivery, managing multilingual teams, and ensuring high standards for data quality and project timelines. It is a high-ownership position focused on building scalable approaches to complex AI data challenges.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program plans from pilot through scaled production and final delivery.
- Monitor output against volume and timeline targets and adjust workflows to address gaps.
- Manage delivery costs against budget and margin targets.
- Assemble and lead multilingual delivery teams to meet program goals.
- Ensure AI datasets meet customer standards and support model improvements.
- Translate program needs into tooling and automation improvements.
