IT Internship - Fullstack Engineer

About the role

This internship offers the opportunity to work on an AWS-native AIOps agent designed to assist Site Reliability Engineers with incident response. You will contribute to the development of Python microservices, integrate Large Language Models, and build dashboards to support automated cloud operations. The role involves working within agile teams to tackle challenges in microservices, cloud infrastructure, and generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Build features for an AWS-native AIOps agent
• Develop Python microservices on ECS Fargate
• Integrate Large Language Models using Amazon Bedrock
• Develop and maintain a live dashboard for incident monitoring
• Participate in alert ingestion, pattern detection, and automated root-cause analysis
