About the role

As a Project Manager, you will lead large-scale IT projects with societal relevance using agile, classic, or hybrid methodologies. You will work within interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into IT solutions and act as a Product Owner in agile setups. Your role involves managing stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and advising clients on digital transformation throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Realize large IT projects using agile, classic, or hybrid methods
• Translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes within interdisciplinary teams
• Act as a Product Owner in agile project setups
• Manage projects across diverse technological environments including CMS, FMS, and low-code platforms
• Advise clients on digital transformation and the company portfolio
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams and manage internal and external stakeholder interfaces
• Facilitate client workshops and develop strategies for efficient digital implementation
• Identify optimization potential and drive change management processes
