Lead Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Workwize is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to provide technical leadership and drive architectural decisions within our product team. You will be responsible for shaping feature scope, coaching engineers, and improving team processes to enhance global collaboration. This role requires a proactive individual who can partner effectively with product and engineering management to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature work end to end from scope shaping to architectural decisions and post-launch evaluation.
• Utilize AI and agentic tooling to accelerate development and mentor the team in these practices.
• Coach and provide direct feedback to engineers to improve their technical skills and output.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency.
• Partner with the Engineering Manager and Product Manager to challenge the roadmap and drive strategic initiatives.
