Senior AI Engineer

About the role

Nerdware is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and develop AI solutions from prototypes to production, including LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows. The role involves full-stack development, cloud infrastructure management on AWS or Azure, and providing technical consulting to clients. You will contribute to engineering standards and mentor team members while maintaining a balance between technical implementation and client-facing advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI solutions from prototype to production
• Implement LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows
• Manage full-stack architecture from frontend to cloud infrastructure
• Consult with clients to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in client workshops, discovery meetings, and pitches
• Define engineering standards and mentor team members
