About the role

The Solutions Engineer serves as the technical expert during the pre-sales process, conducting discovery sessions and delivering tailored product demonstrations. This role involves building proof-of-concept applications and acting as a trusted advisor to prospective customers to address their specific governance, risk, and compliance challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct highly effective product demonstrations with prospective customers and Account Executives.
• Lead client workshops to uncover current state processes and business challenges.
• Configure the no-code platform for customized demonstrations and proof of concept projects.
• Build relationships with prospective customers to act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
• Conduct webinars and assist in the creation of technical content such as white papers and blog posts.
• Provide feedback to the Product team to identify new features and represent the voice of the customer.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure seamless post-sale transitions.
• Manage the technical cycle across the assigned territory from discovery through to handoff.
