About the role

As a PTA, you will apply and share your pharmaceutical expertise to provide value and drive results for the Haleon brand portfolio, including Voltaren, Fenistil, and Vitasprint. You will be responsible for conducting on-site training in pharmacies, enhancing advisory quality, and supporting product placement. This role involves market analysis and the development of training concepts to strengthen recommendations at the point of sale.

Responsibilities

• Planning and conducting on-site training in pharmacies regarding product and sales topics.
• Providing in-depth knowledge of the Haleon brand portfolio and supporting optimal product presentation.
• Developing the advisory quality of pharmacy teams to strengthen active recommendations.
• Analyzing market developments, competitor activities, and trends in the pharmacy environment.
• Contributing to the development of training concepts, webinars, and learning formats.
