Clinical Provider

About the role

Intellect is a global mental health tech company seeking coaches, counsellors, and psychologists to join their EAP provider network. This role offers the flexibility to supplement a private practice or pursue a career pathway while providing telehealth and onsite consultations to a diverse client base. Providers will support employees with wellbeing, stress, and resilience while collaborating with an internal clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy-style consultations
• Deliver Critical Incident Stress Programme (CISP) virtually or onsite as needed
• Facilitate webinars and in-person seminars
• Support employees with wellbeing, stress, and resilience
• Collaborate with internal clinical team to improve EAP programs

Qualifications

• Master’s in Counselling or Counselling Psychology with ACA or PACFA registration
