Head of Field Operations, EMEA

About the role

The Head of Field Operations for EMEA will lead a business operations partnership team to support regional sales leaders in driving execution and sustainable growth. This role involves translating global revenue operations insights into regional priorities, managing territory planning, and optimizing sales processes through AI and automation. You will partner with regional VPs to ensure commercial objectives are met through effective capacity planning, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the business operations field partnership team with clear regional coverage and accountability.
• Partner with regional leadership to translate growth objectives into quarterly priorities and market focus.
• Own territory design, rollout, and management in alignment with sales capacity and market potential.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and global RevOps on headcount, capacity, and regional quota planning.
• Lead regional operating cadences, including business reviews, to track performance and resolve blockers.
• Strengthen forecast discipline by challenging assumptions and surfacing risks early.
• Identify and implement process improvements using AI and automation to increase seller productivity.
