• Build and strategically develop the AI & Data solution unit
• Identify market opportunities and expand the service and capability portfolio
• Manage C-level client relationships and support presales and proposal processes
• Oversee resource allocation and project delivery to ensure customer value and profitability
• Define and track key performance indicators for the unit
• Provide leadership and vision to the team while fostering professional development
