About the role

CONCAPE is seeking an experienced specialist in coordinate metrology for an international technology company specializing in high-precision industrial manufacturing. The role involves programming measurement sequences, performing 3D measurements, and bridging the gap between metrology, production, and quality assurance. You will support production processes, analyze deviations, and act as a technical contact for measurement system operators.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize offline measurement programs based on CAD models.
• Perform tactile, optical, and scanning 3D measurements.
• Analyze measurement results and support root cause analysis and technical improvements in production.
• Define inspection and measurement concepts for new product introductions.
• Provide technical support to internal manufacturing departments and external suppliers regarding metrology and quality.
• Apply statistical methods such as SPC for process monitoring and continuous improvement.
