Group Finance Director

About the role

Radiant is seeking a Group Finance Director to lead financial reporting, planning, strategic finance, and operations as the company scales its AI infrastructure portfolio. This role involves working directly with the executive team and shareholders to build scalable processes and drive data-led decision-making. The successful candidate will oversee the finance function, manage treasury and compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and development of group finance functions, overseeing all aspects across FP&A, Controllership, Treasury and Finance Operations
• Provide support for the process around acquisitions and strategic partnerships
• Build meaningful relationships with customers and suppliers ensuring best in class working capital management, overseeing AR, AP, payroll
• Manage debt compliance in project finance and SPV environment, managing complex organisation structure
• Develop and review the annual budget, forecast and scenario planning process and facilitate monthly business reviews
• Implement strategies to enhance profit margins through effective pricing, cost control, and operational efficiencies
• Oversee group financial reporting to ensure delivery of timely consolidated management accounts, statutory reporting and performance of regular audits
• Lead treasury operations, liquidity management, and cash forecasting
