About the role
Natera is seeking an Associate Medical Director to lead medical strategy and clinical development for its cell-free DNA and liquid biopsy portfolio in gynecologic oncology. The role involves directing clinical evidence-generation plans, overseeing medical education for healthcare providers, and collaborating across research, commercial, and regulatory teams. The successful candidate will drive the clinical adoption of molecular testing solutions for minimal residual disease and recurrence monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sr. Medical Director on the clinical development of cfDNA molecular diagnostics and liquid biopsy assays.
- Direct the execution of clinical strategies and evidence-generation plans to demonstrate clinical utility.
- Oversee medical education and scientific communications for gynecologic oncology stakeholders.
- Represent the company at medical congresses and maintain relationships with external experts and cooperative groups.
- Collaborate with R&D, biostatistics, and clinical operations on protocol development and peer-reviewed publications.

Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. with board certification in Gynecologic Oncology
