About the role

Reporting to the Studio Collection Director and the Production Director, you will lead the workshop and design office to ensure the quality and fit of clothing collections. You will manage a team of six, oversee the development of menswear and womenswear collections, and coordinate technical production processes. This role involves close collaboration with designers, product managers, and external factories to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the workshop team including pattern makers and technicians.
• Manage workload planning, deadlines, and workshop budget.
• Maintain and optimize pattern-making software and sewing equipment.
• Collaborate with designers to translate sketches into technical dossiers and prototypes.
• Oversee fitting sessions for collections, VIP projects, and fashion shows.
• Ensure technical compliance, grading accuracy, and quality control during production.
• Organize the archiving of patterns and technical files.
