About the role

Reporting to the Studio Collection Director and Production Director, you will lead the workshop and design office to ensure the quality and fit of clothing collections. You will manage a team of six, oversee the development of prototypes, and coordinate technical production processes. This role requires close collaboration with designers, product managers, and external factories to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the workshop team including pattern makers and technicians.
• Oversee workload planning, budget management for supplies, and maintenance of workshop equipment.
• Translate design sketches into technical patterns and dossiers while ensuring garment fit and quality.
• Collaborate with the creative team during fittings, fashion shows, and VIP custom projects.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve technical manufacturing issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications
