Founding Product Manager

About the role

Circonomit is seeking a Founding Product Manager to bridge the gap between customer needs and engineering requirements. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, deciding which features to build, and ensuring that project-specific work evolves into standard product capabilities. This role requires balancing customer demands with technical scalability in an industrial software context.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap and prioritisation strategy
• Translate customer problems into clear, complete engineering requirements
• Manage the trade-offs between custom project work and general product development
• Collaborate directly with plant managers and controllers to understand decision-making processes
• Establish product discovery and development standards for the company

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or consulting with product proximity
• Experience owning a product area end to end
• Technical or analytical background in engineering, data, operations research, or finance
• Existing work visa for Germany
