As Team Lead AI Engineering, you will own the AI infrastructure and capabilities, leading a team of engineers to design, deploy, and scale reliable AI systems. You will set the technical direction, manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle, and ensure the team delivers robust solutions that meet strict industry requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a team of AI engineers, providing strategic technical direction and people leadership
  • Own MLOps processes and infrastructure to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure AI systems
  • Drive the design and implementation of advanced AI features and data pipelines
  • Set standards for accuracy, efficiency, and uncertainty estimation through rigorous testing
  • Translate customer needs into technical priorities and represent AI engineering in strategic discussions
  • Establish engineering standards, tooling, and quality practices across the team
  • Coach and develop team members to support their professional growth
  • Champion the use of modern AI tools such as Claude or Cursor across the team
