About the role

This role provides overall technical leadership for a post-quantum cryptography hardware acceleration programme within the quantum-safe product portfolio. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end architecture, from cryptographic algorithm strategy to FPGA-based product design, and set the technical direction across cryptography, hardware, software, and security disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Define the system architecture and microarchitecture of a multi-algorithm PQC accelerator
  • Own the algorithm and standards strategy including NIST FIPS 203/204/205 and CNSA 2.0
  • Drive make/buy and IP-licensing decisions and shape security and certification architecture
  • Set the technical roadmap and arbitrate cross-domain design decisions
  • Mentor senior engineers and represent the programme externally with customers and standards bodies
