About the role

The Shift Incharge for the Steel Melting Shop manages daily production, safety, and operational efficiency for 10MT-15MT induction furnace or EAF steel plants. This role is responsible for achieving tonnage targets, maintaining steel quality, and ensuring the smooth operation of furnaces and Continuous Casting Machines.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily production tonnage targets
• Manage raw material charging including scrap and ferroalloys
• Maintain steel quality standards
