About the role

As a caretaker, you will perform maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks for buildings and technical systems. You will monitor building operations, coordinate external service providers, and ensure the quality of work performed. Additionally, you will conduct inspections, maintain outdoor areas, and document all maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks on buildings and technical systems
• Monitor the proper operation of building technology and resolve malfunctions
• Coordinate external service providers for larger projects and ensure quality control
• Conduct inspection rounds and maintain outdoor facilities including winter services
• Document work performed and report maintenance needs

• Driving license Class B

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a trade such as HVAC technician or electronics technician for building technology
• Professional experience as a caretaker, facility technician, or facility manager
