Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Eraneos is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge the gap between AI strategy and production implementation for DAX and Fortune Global 500 clients. You will own the end-to-end architecture and technical execution of AI solutions, working directly with executive stakeholders from the initial concept to final deployment. This role requires a founder mindset, combining hands-on engineering with strategic business insight to deliver impactful, production-grade agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and technical implementation of AI solutions end to end from strategy through to production.
• Build agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations in real enterprise environments.
• Utilize agentic coding tools to develop solutions, speed up reviews, and build deployment pipelines.
• Represent technical decisions directly at the executive level and lead these conversations independently.
• Stay accountable for the solution until it is running and delivering impact in production.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, data science, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Proven experience bringing LLM-based systems into production
• German (at least C1)
• Business-fluent English
