About the role
STARK is a defence technology company developing high-performance, software-defined unmanned systems. As the Director Minerva Frontline Applications, you will lead the C2 software team to build and scale a central control suite for all unmanned systems in the portfolio. You will own the product roadmap and people management, working in a double-lead partnership with the Chief Architect to ensure technical execution meets operational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary people manager for the Minerva Frontline Applications team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Define and drive the development roadmap for the C2 software suite.
- Partner with program leads to structure tasks, define objectives, and prioritize features.
- Collaborate with the Team Architect to ensure product vision aligns with technical execution and quality standards.
- Synchronize efforts across frontend, backend, integration, and agentic C2 engineering teams.
- Guide the innovation team in prototyping new capabilities for operational deployment.
- Ensure software remains interoperable with physical hardware programs.
