CourseCareers is seeking a Construction Estimating Career Coach to support students through live workshops and optional one-on-one coaching. This role involves sharing industry expertise to help career changers transition into entry-level roles in the construction field. It is a flexible, performance-based opportunity for professionals who enjoy mentoring and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Host a live, one-hour workshop on a monthly basis
• Answer student questions related to construction estimating and the job search
• Share real-world insight into what entry-level estimating roles actually look like
• Explain how estimating works in real construction environments
• Discuss common tools, workflows, and expectations
• Provide optional 1:1 coaching to students who request it
