Customer Implementation Engineer

About the role

The Customer Implementation Engineer will install SaaS solutions for hospitals and medical practices to ensure smooth cloud service operation. You will work within an experienced team to actively shape processes and continuously develop services. The role involves configuring customer environments and acting as a technical point of contact for users and IT staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize Telepaxx services for customers
• Set up and configure customer environments in the TMD Cloud
• Develop tools and processes for secure and efficient cloud operations
• Serve as a technical contact for PACS teams and users
• Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate across departments
• Continuously optimize change and operational processes
