About the role

The IT Project Manager acts as a central interface between sales, presales, service delivery, and customers. This role involves coordinating complex customer inquiries, managing projects across all phases, and ensuring high service quality for managed service clients.

Responsibilities

• Steuerung von Cybersecurity- und Netzwerkprojekten von der Kundenanfrage über den Vertragsabschluss bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
• Definition und Überwachung von Projektstrukturen, Meilensteinen, Deadlines und Deliverables
• Verantwortung für Projektdokumentation, Statusberichte, Risikoanalysen und Reporting – insbesondere in Jira
• Proaktive Steuerung von Projektrisiken sowie professionelles Stakeholder- und Eskalationsmanagement
• Betreuung unserer Managed-Service-Kunden und Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität über den gesamten Service-Lifecycle
• Durchführung regelmäßiger Service Reviews inklusive SLA- und KPI-Auswertungen sowie enge Abstimmung mit dem Support-Team
• Identifikation von Up- und Cross-Selling-Potenzialen in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Presales
