About the role

The Silicon Alliances Ecosystem Development Manager will work with leading semiconductor companies to combine open source adoption with innovative optimizations. This role involves developing joint product roadmaps, driving delivery, and formulating go-to-market plans to ensure a frictionless experience for deploying and developing on hardware from cloud to edge. The successful candidate will navigate complex technical challenges and architect strategies across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Canonical and its software solutions to partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of silicon partner strategies, technologies, and roadmaps to identify alignment with Canonical products.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams to lead the definition of joint products and programs.
  • Ensure robust project plans are created, tracked, and executed.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns, manage market messaging, and oversee launch plans.
  • Negotiate successful contracts.
