Chief of Staff

About the role

Ben is seeking a Chief of Staff to own and execute high-stakes, ambiguous cross-functional projects that lack a clear owner. This role involves incubating new propositions, driving strategic initiatives, and building systems to support company scale. You will work in close partnership with the founders to shape the company's future and drive impact across the entire business.

Responsibilities

• Own the grey space by taking on ambiguous, high-stakes cross-functional projects and driving them from a blank page to a delivered result.
• Get new big bets off the ground, including new propositions and incubation projects that do not sit within a single team's remit.
• Utilize AI tooling to handle research, reporting, and operational tasks.
• Win the room by writing narratives for the board, all-hands meetings, and the wider company to secure buy-in.
• Build for scale by implementing light-touch systems and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
